How long does a management consulting project take?
It depends on scope. A full diagnosis takes two to four weeks. A structuring project with hands-on execution usually runs three to six months.
Do you work with small companies or only with large groups?
We work with companies that already invoice and have a structural problem, not an idea problem. Size matters less than timing: if growth is breaking your processes, we fit.
How are you different from a traditional consultancy?
We operate our own companies. Every method we apply outside we have tested inside. We do not deliver a report with recommendations: we deliver processes that work.
How do you charge?
Per project with a closed scope, not by the hour. You know the total cost before we start.
